Initial consultation
In an initial conversation, we will find out together what your goals are and how we can achieve them. The training will be tailored to your needs through a precise needs analysis.

Cycle end
After 6-12 weeks, a new analysis is carried out and the goals are reassessed.

Now let's get started! After the needs analysis, the training begins. Ideally, we work on your goals twice a week.

Group Personal Training

Information on subscriptions
Subscriptions:

In an all subscriptions, access to the Open Gym is included.

Open Gym sessions must be booked as a Class.
Prices:

The displayed prices pertain to the prepayment method, offering a 10% discount on the official subscription fee.

This 10% discount is also applicable in conjunction with other discounts.
Discounts:

Full-time students enjoy a 15% discount on all subscriptions, excluding Personal trainings, with the provision of corresponding proof.

Individuals under 20 years old receive a 20% youth discount on all subscriptions, excluding Personal trainings.

It's important to note that discounts are not cumulative.
Timestop:

A Timestop can be granted under specified conditions, including professional stays abroad, vacations, illness, accidents, pregnancy, as well as military and civilian service.

For a 6-month subscription, a maximum of 1 Timestop is allowed.

For a 12-month subscription, there is a maximum of 2 Timestops.

Registrations:

Morning classes between 06:00 and 08:00 must be booked no later than 21:00 on the preceding day.

All other classes can be booked on short notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations:

Reservations for group sessions must be canceled up to 5 hours before the scheduled time. An exception to this policy applies to the aforementioned morning classes, which are non-cancellable after 21:00.
