CrossFit
Our 60-minute training usually includes a strength and/or technique section as well as the workout of the day (WOD). It's the perfect full body training.
Strength
In this class, you will do strength training with a focus on muscle and strength building, which boosts your metabolism, can prevent pain in your back, neck and knees, and improves your bone density and joint stability. In short, strength training is your booster for health and longevity.​​
CrossFit Kids & Teens
We offer CrossFit for children aged 5 to 9 and 10 to 16, parallel to the regular program. These courses promote children's coordination, motor skills and social skills.
Open Gym 24/7
Enjoy the freedom to train at any time. With the appropriate membership and experience, you have access to our box 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Engine
Engine Class is a demanding endurance and strength workout based on competitive principles, in which running distances alternate with functional exercises, thus placing maximum demands on your ‘engine’, i.e. your cardiovascular system and muscular endurance.
Olympic Weightlifting
Olympic weightlifting is a strength sport in which two technically demanding lifts, the clean and jerk and the snatch, are performed explosively and precisely above the head with maximum weight.
Personal Training
