Why does nutrition matter?
Nutrition is the foundation of health, both inside and outside of the gym. Nutrition is the fuel for muscle repair, hormone balance, energy level, while also playing a powerful role in mental health, helping to improve focus, mood, stress resilience, and sleep quality.
For performance, the right nutrients provide the fuel needed for strength, endurance, and recovery, allowing you to train harder, recover faster, and stay consistent. When nutrition aligns with your training, it becomes a powerful tool for long-term health, mental well-being, and peak performance.
What is the goal?
The goal of this nutrition coaching is for you to be taught the skills to eat for your needs without having to consistently think about it. We do use a nutrition tracking app at first, but life long tracking is not the goal!

This is where we start, any of the other packages follow on from here. The Kickstarter includes onboarding to our nutrition analysis app, followed by a 10-day diet and lifestyle recording period. Your coach will then use this information to assess your nutrition requirements and during the consultation goals will be set.

This builds from the kickstarter, you gain full app access - to recipes, group chats, etc. Your nutritionist will also check-in with you weekly and once monthly a detailed consultation will review your progress and amend goals accordingly. Your nutritionist can also work alongside your personal trainer, to optimise your nutrition for performance.

This also builds from the kickstarter, you gain full app access - to recipes, group chats, etc. Your nutritionist will check-in with you every week and twice monthly a detailed consultation will review your progress. Your nutritionist will tailor your goals throughout when necessary, and can also work alongside your personal trainer, to optimise your nutrition for performance. This package offers the added benefit of competition specific nutrition for CrossFit and Weightlifting/Powerlifting athletes; including pre and post-comp fuelling, on the day food planning, and where necessary weight-cutting.

Health is the foundation of performance. Whether you are training for a marathon, leading a boardroom, or simply wanting the energy to play with your kids after a long work day, how you fuel your body dictates how you show up for your life.
I take the guesswork out of eating so you can stop stressing about the 'what ifs' and start focusing on what you love.
My Education
I have studied and worked in human nutrition for 12 years, alongside participating in various sports. This experience allows me to understand a variety of needs, for health, disease prevention and treatment, and sporting performance.
