About the event
Whether you're an experienced CrossFitter or a beginner, there are three categories: Firebreathers, Regulars or Rookies! You have no excuse not to participate! Each team of 4 must have at least one male and one female athlete. Your team may not have more than one male and one female CrossFit Games Semifinal athlete.
